The explains the four major areas of acting in an emergency:
1.) Make sure the scene is safe for you because you can't help if you become a victim too.
2.) Calling 911.
3.) Asking permission to help of a responsive person and always assuming an unresponsive person wants help.
4.) Crowd Control: Give the victim some privacy, dignity and evoke the help of others so they you don't have to be alone.
TIPS ON HOW TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS VIDEO:
Cue up the video by telling the crowd to identity something new that they learn from watching the video in the four major areas of safety, 911, permission and crowds. Then show the video and debrief it with your crew.
