I almost always suggest giving an introduction before and a conclusion after showing each video. That is, before showing the video to your team, tell them to identify, write down, or list something that struck them in the video. Or simply challenge them to remember something in the video to create curiosity. Now the listeners are paying more attention. And you have a guarantee of their participation and input when you analyze (or when you conclude) the video after showing it to them. You have this guarantee because everyone already knows they are responsible for identifying something they learned or that was important. Take advantage of your personality. Enjoy it. Change and rotate your methods often to find out what helps most to create more participation in your toolbox talks.
