Create curiosity before you show any video. Before starting this video you could tell them to look for several things that stood out to you such as, “Look for how many people were involved. Think about what each of them could have done to prevent this.” Then after the video when you debrief it, ask them to state what stood out to them and follow up with open-ended questions such as, "What three things could they have done to avoid this injury?"
