He wants to make sure that everyone takes responsibly for an unsafe workplace.
TIPS ON HOW TO MAXIMIZE THIS VIDEO:
It’s almost always best to set up and debrief a video. A good idea for the debrief of this video is to ask something like, "Why is this such a lame saying?" Also, you could ask for your crew to give examples from their careers when something went wrong because people didn't speak up when they saw something unsafe that wasn't in their department or wasn't part of their job description. Vary your methods, have fun, and get your people talking by asking good open-ended questions that build upon their knowledge and experience.
