Identify the Hazards
This Specific Collection showcases videos with little-to-no dialogue or instruction. The point is to have your team identify the hazards, ways to improve, and -surely- even what was done right. You find the hazards! This type of video is one of the best ways to promote participation in a safety meeting because all you have to do as the person leading the toolbox talk is tell them to look for hazards before you show it, and then -when the video is over- just ask what they saw. Then you get to sit back and enjoy the great participation and insight from your team. (Well, you should help guide the discussion too and apply it as specifically as possible to your job, your equipment, and your industry.)
